I paid for a double king pool view. Upon arrival was sent to the "sandpiper" building. I assume this was due to the very, very, very, large event taking over the main building. the sandpiper building ...

The room was awful. It smelled like dog/ cat urine and musty mold. the bathroom was basically in the kitchen. (privacy) which would have been ok if there was some way to be modest about changing/clean...

It was clean, staff was extremely friendly

No Room Service, the balconies dont have privacy, we tried to sit outside and our neighbor was also outside we were on top of eachother, it was awkward. No snacks in bar or fridge, nowhere to hang lon...
